🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow extra time during busy periods, promotions, or holidays.

If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we’ll contact you directly by email.

📦 Shipping Costs & Delivery Methods

We currently ship all UK orders via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Flat-rate shipping: £4.00 per order
Estimated delivery time (after dispatch): 1–3 working days
Tracking may be available depending on the service level used.

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal service delays beyond our control.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Postal strikes or service disruptions
Severe weather conditions
Customs inspections or international border delays
Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout

If any widespread postal disruption occurs, we’ll post updates on our website or social channels.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage fees may apply to resend it.
