Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order

You have proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email)
Please note:

Personalised or custom-made items (such as shirts printed with custom names, quotes, or designs) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (like accessories or headwear) may not be eligible for return.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Please note:

Original shipping costs (£4.00 Royal Mail 1st Class) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or an error occurred on our part.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a small amount from your refund to cover loss of value.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service (such as Royal Mail Signed For) to ensure your return reaches us safely.
